The “Frederick Ninja Warrior Gym” is now located at 5714 Industry Lane, Unit A, Frederick, MD 21704.
We offer open gym, classes, parties, competitions and more. There are two course areas, an upstairs course (more designed for kids), and a downstairs course intended for youth to adults). Our courses and classes are designed based on aspects of gymnastics, martial arts, rock climbing, rope courses, crossfit, and more. It utilizes both permanent and movable obstacles to offer a unique workout experience.
