Ninja Workout Classes

Evening and weekend ‘Ninja Workout’ classes!

  • Limit of 6 participants per class (open gym will still be available during this time)

  • Prior registration not required, but is preferred

  • Cost will be the same as our regular hourly rates (Punch cards will be accepted as well)

  • Classes will be by age range: 5-11, 12-17, and 18+ (if we get enough participants we may further divide the age groups)

  • Schedule:

    • ┬áMonday 7pm – Ages 12-17

    • Tuesday 5pm – Ages 5-11

    • Tuesday 7pm – Ages 18+

    • Thursday : 5pm – Ages 5-11

    • Thursday : 7pm – Ages 12-17

    • Saturday: 9am – All ages

Class Details:

The JCX Ninja workout class will start with a regular style warmup and stretching. Then depending on the groups skill level, the students will be lead through a variety of exercises with and without the obstacles. All of the exercises will be geared toward improving skills needed for completing the obstacles. Of course the skills learned here translate to other areas of fitness as well.
