Classes

Ninja Warrior Class

The JCX Ninja warrior class will start with a regular style warmup and stretching. Then depending on the groups skill level, the students will be lead through a variety of exercises with and without the obstacles. All of the exercises will be geared toward improving skills needed for completing the obstacles. Of course the skills learned here translate to other areas of fitness as well.

Parkour Class

Teaches the art of rapid movement through areas, or courses by negotiating obstacles (running, jumping, climbing, and acrobatics). Covers basic to advanced parkour skills depending on skill level of class. Students must be evaluated by Parkour instructor prior to signup.

Homeschool Classes

Great physical education option for home schooled kids ages 5 and up! Same content as our evening classes, but offered during the morning and early afternoon depending on staff availability. Class formats ninja or movement.

Competition Team

JCX Competition teams trains weekly and attends WNL and other league competitions together. Some are hosted at JCX and others locally at other gyms, or further away for regional or world championships.

Open Gym

Self lead use of the course and obstacles. Staff on hand for safety, questions, or assistance. Maximum 15 people per hour.
