Parents/Guardians: Please follow the steps below to create account for your family members.
1. First create your account (click here).
2. Then after logged into your account, click my account (top right, next to log out).
3. Click on the “My Family” tab.
4. Click “Add Family Member”.
5. Sign the waiver, and fill out account information as needed.
