Attention Homeschoolers, we are offering Ninja Workout Classes!
Semester based ( 2 – 8 week sessions), 1 session per week (60 minutes), limit of 8 students per group. Minimum age is 5 years old.
Students are allowed switch to another day on a limited basis (and as space allows), but prior permission is required. They will also be allowed one free weekend makeup session as well.
Cost is $65 per student plus tax for each 8 week session (10% off for additional children).
If you are interested in this please let us know, or sign up now by sending us an email for your preferred date and time, and number/age of students. Also if these classes fill up then we will add more times or days.
We will also allow drop-ins with advance notice at $10 a session, as long as space is available.
Tuesday: 10am (7 spots left), 2pm (full)
Thursday: 10am (full), 3:30pm (full)
Friday: 11am (5 spots left), 1pm (4 spots left), 2pm (open).

The JCX Ninja workout class will start with a regular style warmup and stretching. Then depending on the groups skill level, the students will be lead through a variety of exercises with and without the obstacles. All of the exercises will be geared toward improving skills needed for completing the obstacles. Of course the skills learned here translate to other areas of fitness as well.
